Are you in need of one-on-one personal training? Don't like the gym? Do you have 30 minutes... or 60 minutes? I can build a personal training program that works for you. We can use the equipment you already have, or I can bring appropriate equipment, whichever you prefer.
Personal Training
I can build a personal training program that works for you. Your program will include a combination of cardiovascular training, strength training, and flexibility training, specifically tailored for you and designed to help you meet your goals in regard to fitness. After we have gone through your program together, and you know the correct form for the exercises, I will email you a printable program so that you can work on your program anytime that is convenient for you.

Getting married? Getting ready for a vacation? New mom's group? I can set up a group training Bootcamp for you and your friends!
How does it work?
You find 8 friends who are looking to join a group class. You decide on the location. (ie. who has the best open space in their home? Big basement, or garage...whatever works for you.) I provide the music, the workout program, the equipment and the motivation. I come out to the location once or twice per week (whichever you prefer), at a time that works for you and your group of friends. As an added bonus, I will offer a free 60-minute nutrition seminar for your group at your desired location the week before your group classes start.

Studies have proven that in a Group Training atmosphere, people tend to work out harder than those working out alone. The other members of your group provide a source of accountability and the atmosphere is more energized. You are more likely to do your very best. Also, Group Training is scheduled - it's an appointment. As such, it's more likely that you will make it a priority. It's also a great way to spend time with your friends while working towards a common goal!
