My Nutrition & Wellness Coaching program is a confidential partnership between myself and you, with the objective of helping you achieve your wellness goals related to weight, fitness, nutrition, stress and overall health. The process provides accountability, expertise, and inspiration to empower you to make lasting lifestyle changes while achieving a higher level of wellness.

With Nutrition & Wellness Coaching, you should expect lasting lifestyle change. You will learn to nourish all aspects of yourself, physical, mental, and emotional, while developing a loving relationship with food and your body. You will also find balance and gain greater self-awareness and confidence while making conscious, small changes that make a major difference in your life.
The types of changes in your eating habits that I recommend are not fads. They do not involve foods that you won't be able to find in a grocery store, or foods that you don't like. I work with foods that are easy to find, and foods that you enjoy eating! I prefer a common-sense approach that uses small changes to your normal eating habits. In the long run, these changes will add up to a healthier, more energized YOU! Fad diets are not maintainable and therefore, in the long run, do not result in lasting weight loss or positive health changes. My recommendations are based on the Canada's Food Guide, and are proven to work towards helping you achieve optimal health through the foods you eat.

What can I expect from Nutrition & Wellness Coaching?
After submitting a general health questionnaire, and completing a 4-day food journal, you will then complete a specialized questionnaire that will help me determine the areas requiring the most attention.
An initial 60-minute foundation session is set up to discuss your personal wellness vision, 3-month goals, and the areas of your life that most affect your well-being. This is not a cookie-cutter approach, but an individualized healthy living plan based on your needs and desires.
You will then meet with me regularly to review goals, work through any obstacles you have faced and/or discuss something you may want to learn more about. Coaching sessions can be conducted at my home, or at a centrally located professional office in Listowel at a time that is convenient for you.
